Government of Pakistan Announces Himat Card 7500 Registration for Bahimat Program

Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has recently approved the Himat Card project in which eligible people can receive Rs 7500 per month for three years. Earlier this card used to give Rs 6,000 which has now been increased to Rs 1500 so 30,000 deserving people can get Rs 7,500 per month after registration.

Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched an awareness campaign for wheelchairs.

Benefits of the Himat Card

The Himat Card will not only be a source of financial assistance but will also provide many benefits to disabled person by increasing their standard of living.

Monthly financial assistance will be provided.

 Educational scholarship will be given to the disabled person

 Special discounts will be given in traveling expenses.

 There will be devices for disabled persons. 

Special jobs quotas in government institutions .

 Free medical facilities.

Required Documents for Registration

Punjab Government has given the facility of registration of Himat card, now anyone can register easily, for this, need documents.

  • CNIC/B-Form
  • Disability Cirtificate
  • Proof of monthly income
  • Electricity and gas bills.
  • CRMS(Birth Cirtificate Number)
  • Phone Number

Eligibility Criteria for the Himat Card

These criteria must be met in order to receive money from Himat Card.

  • A resident of Punjab  
  • Must have valid proof that he/she resides in Punjab 
  • Monthly income is less than 60,000 
  • Does not have any government job 
  • Must not have enough money to travel by air 
  • Disability certificate 
  • He/she must have a Pakistani Identity Card


The Himat Card is launched by Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in Punjab.The purpose of this Himat Card is to improve the lives of disable and needy person.
